Terms of service

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Draft

This text is not final. It still needs the company details marked below and a legal review.

1. Who we are

Uzzygo is run by [Company legal name], registered at [Registered address], registration number [Registration number] (“we”, “us”).

These terms apply when you use Uzzygo. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to read lessons, take quizzes and earn badges and certificates. Give a real name and an email address you control. The name on a certificate is the one on your account.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us if you think someone else has used it.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. The Privacy policy explains what happens to your data.

3. Using the service

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the lessons, labs and quizzes for your own learning, or your team’s if your organization gave you a seat. You agree not to:

  • copy, resell or republish our courses, lessons, quiz questions or answers;
  • share your account, or let someone else complete work in your name;
  • scrape the service, or use it to train an AI model, without our written permission;
  • try to get around access limits, or break or overload the service;
  • upload anything illegal, harmful or that you have no right to share.

4. Badges and certificates

Badges and certificates show that you completed the work we ask for in a course or path. They are issued by Uzzygo. They are not a degree, a government qualification or a license to practice, and we do not promise any job or pay result.

Each has a public page with your name, what you completed and when, so that anyone you share it with can verify it. We may revoke one if it was earned by cheating or through a mistake. Its public page then says so.

5. Your work

Lab and final lab submissions stay yours. You allow us to store them, show them to you and to staff who review them, and use them to run and improve the service. Do not submit confidential information that belongs to your employer or anyone else.

6. Our content

Courses, lessons, quizzes, badge art and the Uzzygo name and design belong to us or to those who license them to us. Lessons are for education. They are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice, and examples may not fit your situation. We work to keep them accurate but cannot promise they are free of errors or always up to date.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Before they open, this section will set out prices, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Nobody will be charged until then.

If you joined through an organization, that organization manages your seat and may remove it.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep Uzzygo running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or remove features and courses. If a change would take away something you have paid for, we will tell you first.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. If you think we got it wrong, write to us at [email protected].

10. Our liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived, or limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for an important change we will notify you before it applies. If you keep using Uzzygo after that, the new terms apply. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [Governing law], and disputes go to the courts of [Courts], unless the consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to go to court there.

13. Contact
