1. The program
The Uzzygo affiliate program is run by [Company legal name], registered at [Registered address] (“we”, “us”). These terms apply together with the general Terms. By applying, you accept them.
You act as an independent partner. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent or representative, and you may not sign anything or make promises in our name.
2. Joining
We review every application by hand and may decline one without giving a reason. Answer the application truthfully. If we approve you, you get a personal link and a link for each learning path. Your account must stay in good standing.
3. Commission
You earn the number shown on the program page of the amount actually paid on each invoice of a customer you referred, for the number shown on the program page from that customer’s first paid invoice. List prices, discounts that were not paid, and unpaid invoices earn nothing.
We may change these numbers for new commissions. Commission you have already earned stays at the rate it was earned at.
4. Attribution
A customer counts as yours if they follow your link and sign up or subscribe within the number shown on the program page. If they follow several affiliates’ links, the last one counts. Our records decide attribution. A browser that blocks or clears cookies may not be attributed, and we cannot credit those sales.
5. Self-referrals
Purchases on your own account, on another address of yours, or by anyone you pay or reward to buy earn no commission.
6. Hold, refunds and chargebacks
Each commission is held for the number shown on the program page before it becomes payable. A refund or chargeback takes back the commission on that invoice. If it was already paid to you, your balance goes negative until new commission covers it.
7. Payouts
We pay by hand once your payable balance reaches the number shown on the program page, and record each payout in your account. You give us correct payment details. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
If you delete your account, unpaid commission is given up, because we could no longer pay you. Ask for a payout first.
8. How you may promote us
Say clearly that you earn a commission, wherever you recommend Uzzygo, as the advertising rules where you and your audience are require. You may not:
- send spam, or message people who did not agree to hear from you;
- make false or misleading claims, such as promising a job, a pay rise or a result, or inventing discounts, reviews or numbers;
- present yourself as Uzzygo, or use a confusingly similar name, domain, ad or social account;
- bid on our name in search ads without our written permission;
- force or hide clicks, set the referral cookie without a real click, or use bots;
- put your link on sites with illegal, hateful or adult content.
9. Suspension and ending
You can leave at any time. We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms, or close the program with notice. Commission gained by breaking these terms is not payable. Other commission you earned before the end stays payable under these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for an important change we will notify you before it applies. If you do not accept the change, you can leave the program.
